●ゾルゲル・硫化法とは?
 →銅,亜鉛,錫を含む原料溶液を基板に塗布,乾燥.
 →複数回繰り返して厚膜を得る.
 →硫化水素を含む雰囲気中で加熱処理
 →CZTS膜の完成
 簡単に,良質な膜ができる

● 素子の作製法
 半導体三層は全て大気圧下で成膜
 窓層  →ZnO:Al ゾルゲル法
 界面層 →CdS   化学溶液堆積法(CBD法)
 吸収層→CZTS ゾルゲル・硫化法

●最高効率 4.13%
